Our mobile-friendly Parent apps run on iOS and Android devices. The Driver app is only available on iOS only. We also have a web-browser-based app for your administrative staff enabling your team to manage various aspects of routes, students, drivers, vehicles and reports.

MySchoolTracker is extremely simple to install for Schools, Drivers and Parents alike. Our friendly team can enable an instance within 24 hours of placing your order with us. Administrative staff can login and add required data about vehicles, drivers and students if applicable.

For our hard-wired tracking solution, any auto-electrician would be able to connect pre-configured Teltonika or Calamp GPS trackers to the vehicle. If a Driver App is being used, the phones are installed on the bus using an approved holster/ mounting arm – but the choice is yours in this regard. We do not supply the mounting arms.

Typically installations are the responsibility of the bus operator or your fleet manager. We would allow approximately 2 hours per vehicle to install the equipment after which our support team would be able to test and confirm that the device is working as desired.

The MySchoolTracker Parent App is available free to download on Google Play and Apple App Stores. The login credentials are provided to the school and depending on the plan selected, Parents will need to follow specific instructions from the school on its use.

Yes, MySchoolTracker works with RFID cards where students can tap-on or tap-off card readers. This depends on the MySchoolTracker plan your organisation is on and requires additional setup of Student RFID cards and readers on vehicles. The readers are extremely simple to install on vehicles for schools with an existing CalAmp tracker. The information of Students, Parents would be required to be sourced from the schools after which our friendly team can commence configuring the system.
